GSA automatically turning off

I need help, my gsa ser automatically turning off when press start [close program] .. where is the problem, i have latest version? thanks

    When you installed SER, were there any errors that popped up?

    when i start more than 5 projects then SER turn off.. One project working fine .. hmm . this is first time for this bug..
