api.cheapcaptcha.com gives 403 Forbidden error

I get "Error: No valid response.   <html><head><title>403 Forbidden</title></head>..."

When i select "DeCapcha API with IP" and enter api.cheapcaptcha.com:80 as per their instructions.

I'm not sure if it's a problem at your end, my end, or theirs.  Please co-ordinate with cheapcaptcha to resolve.

    no error art our end, de-captcher api works with other providers so far.

    Could I trouble you to talk with help@cheapcaptcha.com to help them resolve this issue?  They can't reproduce the error.
