Is GSA SER required to run SSD for better speed ?

I have read about GSA with SSD HDD and people claim they get better LPM. I am planning to buy VPS hosting from greencloud which fit my under budget which have a SSD1 Plan contain - 30GB Pure SSD with 4GB ram. Is 30GB SSD is sufficient to run GSA because i think 10GB or may be more take by the Windows Server. Please suggest me.

    you don't need ssd,buy something with more powerful CPU. soyustart has some very good offers.
