Can get actual anchor text - [ANCHOR_COMES_HERE]

For the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, I'm using the anchor text available in the URL field, and in my articles, rather than putting in the anchor text I'm getting [ANCHOR_COMES_HERE] instead of the actual anchor text.  If you would be so kind can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

    Nothing, it's just a preview. You should have some imagination and exchange that variable with your anchor text in mind....not that hard I would say.
