submissions dont stop despite fixed submission level

Hi guys needs some help if possible,

I am using a 3 tier project. I have set the submission per day to 16 + - 4 and also ticked the "per URL" box as it is a tiered project.

The problem is that SER does not stop piling on the submissions and the verified links are up to (example) 112. I then stop the project and set it to "verify only"

Any ideas? and thanks for any help and advice/tips

If you have created 100 verified urls in your upper tier, then this lower tier should stop submission after (16 +/- 4)x100, i.e. 1200 - 2000.

If you want it to stop at (16 +/- 4), then untick the "per URL" box...

Hi, thanks for taking the time to respond. I appreciate that greatly. The tier 1 has less than 100 links in the moment. I was told that I have to tick the box per URL with a tiered project the number of links being built would get progressively less if I would not select per URL. I understand the logic behind that. My first tier will never be more than max 300.

In your opinion should I just continue without ticking per URL ?  I am not in business where I have to create zillions of links, I am more interested in a steady flow. Finally if you would be so kins to help me with a final question.

Do you keep all your finished projects once they have run their turn and start a new one and delete the old ones? The links of the old pro
  • Hi @MaX, it's really hard to say. It all depends on your linking strategy...

But, this is what I would do. Build 10 T1 links per day, then each T1 link should have 10 T2 links pointing to it.

I usually don't use the (+/-) option. It makes it really hard to do the calculation.

    So for T1 projects,
Pause the project after 10 +/- 0 submissions reached in a day

    For T2 projects,
Pause the project after 100 +/- 0 submissions reached in a day (do not tick per URL)

    Edit Tier Filter Options
    - Use anchor text from the verified URL
    - Do-Follow only
    - URLs age in days 0-1

So, the T2 projects will stop building links to T1 links which are more than 2 days old. And Do-Follow T1 links only. Do note, these numbers are approx only. SER randomly picks urls, so some T1 links may get more T2 links and some less.

Older projects? Yes, you can back them up, and delete them. But, I would just reduce the number of links submitted daily...

    Hi,

thanks for your great explanations. I used to work with Magic Submitter for a little over 2 years, and only started using SER a few weeks ago. Again thanks a lot for all your help.
