Blog Comment Anchor Text (Using Names)

Just curious if anyone has had results testing blog comments with using names as the anchor text?

Seems like a cool idea. I read somewhere that Google sees this as better, just haven't tested it.

    use generic anchors to 100% and SER will use names for blog comments.

    I tried the method you mentioned, it does put names as anchor texts, but I'm also getting a lot of empty anchor text.

    is this normal?
