WAC Autofill ID Problem

Is anyone else having trouble with the WAC autofill ID with Ser?

I've updated WAC and SER is also upto date.  Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?

    Hi Sven. When I paste my WAC Id into auto fill and click ok I get the message "nothing extracted"

    ok maybe you have to create/edit that campaign again as they might have to rebuild the new xml file on there server.

    I have created at least ten new campaigns with new ids. The problem remains still. I've updated WAC to the latest version also.

    Brad any chance you can supply the id? I'm in bed for the night.

    Sven I spoke to WAC support earlier and I supplied them some ids. They checked up and said no projects where made with the ids. Then they just went missing on me.

    i am working on it with one of you through TV and will update here. There's no problem from GSA side. The projects are not being created on our server.
