Admin baned you IP, and best practice

When a site report our proxy IP as banned, we sure want to test with another proxy IP.

How to do so ?

Using a "submit failed retry=" & "captcha failed=" wont change IP, right ?
Using a "submit failed=" will not retry, right ?

what is the best way to tell ser to test with another IP ?
