Low DpM

I`m having GSA on a very good and strong dedicated server.
I`m using 450 Threads and i`m getting only 3000 DpM. That's why i also get low LpM and VpM. A friend which uses same lists have ~7500 DpM with 600 Threads.
What should i do to get more downloads per minute? Internet speed is okay.
