In my tier 1 project I avoided using Blog Comments because I was advised that Blog comments were not that important, as opposed to Articles, Social Bookmarks, Social Networks, Videos, and Web 2. Now I am creating a second Tier and I am wondering if the same advice applies. Are Blog comments worth having in a tier 2 project? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
