2 service use for captcha on second tiers that i do not want

i have to captcha service : first captcha breaker and the second antigate ...

i have a double project (same group) :
- first tiers with in option "ask all service to fill captcha"
- second tiers with option "ask first service to fill captcha"

now i show error "AntiGate Error: no idle captcha workers are available at the moment, please try a bit later [first appeared at 2014-08-18 11:59]" on the txo tiers .... why ? normally the second tiers should not use antigate.....

    nobody have the same problem ?

    it seems that when we use the option of "ask first service to fill captcha" i use the second service too....

    It will not use the second service for sure.

    So why i have error message from antigate captcha and captchatronix on both project ?

    Hi for help .. with the new version(not just this but this before ...)  i don't have anymore bugs for this like before
