GSA software broken

Hey guys. I am new user of GSA ranker. I received email from GSA with serial Number after i buy the software. However, it reads that the file is damaged when i open the software (Search Engine Ranker v8.91) . I down load it from the home page. You guys have similar problem before ? What is the problem ?

    Try switching off your anti virus program / firewall as most likely the block it. Also Crome seems to have issues downloading in some cases. I used "good" old InterNet Explorer then and it was fine.
