Single digit number of threads

Let me start off by saying I am new to using GSA.  The problem I am having is that it is only running around 7 threads and I have the # of threads set to 200.  I am using 20 private proxies and have plenty of RAM and CPU.  I've also included a screenshot of my settings.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Nevermind, I figured it out.  I had checked the "Pause the project after" option because I wanted to check some of the links to make sure they were posting correctly.  Once I unchecked that box GSA started to fly.   :D
