Connection refused suggestions
Since I'm sure many people seeing this recently with IPs / whole c classes getting blocked from the 'big' proxy providers, would it be possible to include a feature to let SER retry X times if connetion is refused with a specific proxy? This would certainly help in getting higher quality links submitted again if the first time the IP was blacklisted.
