What is this proxy error?

I'm using squids that the SER checker confirmed were valid - is not valid anymore? What can I do to eliminate this error?

    Could be a slow proxy or down proxy that timed out. You can uncheck slower proxies or wait for the proxy to come back up.

    I know a lot of people haven't had good results with squidproxies.

    I'm using proxies from proxy-n-vpn and some other users are going with buyproxies.org with good success.

    that page doesnt load for me so it's probably no proxy error but server one.
