There is a way to take Verified URL's without GSA?

I have scraped big lists with Gscraper, but right now I'm running too much projects on gsa and I need to take the Verified URL's from my raw lists.

Also, I don't have budget for a second license of GSA ):

No, I don't think you can find verified without actually posting to it

Verified by nature must be posted to and have a link built on them to be "verified"  I know they are working on a platform identifier stand alone app, not sure if its done yet or not, if it is, you could save off the identified. 

Else you can't get verified without posting to them.  You could setup a new project and set it on the lowest priority and let it trickle away.  Ask a friend to do it, etc...
