How to add private proxies?

this should not be a difficult task, but i struggle...

i cant add my private proxies manually from a txt file.

I do this: Ad/Edit/ProxySites





Add the path to proxy file (Format proxy IP:port)




But the proxies seems not to be added. At least I do not see them anywhere.
What's wrong??

    so you want it to crawl that file automatically? If so, make sure the program can actually access the file and that there are new proxies in.
