How to property randomize my anchor text and get used of "%Random_Anchor_Text%"

Hello,

Recently a friend of mine told me:
"and those 3 main kws should be 10% of total other 90% should be random ones"

and I started to wondering.

This is my current setup:

If I count right - with 90% variations (LSI,Domain,Partial..) filed below -  "Use keyword as anchor text", we have 10% left for "Anchor text (based on the main keyword)"?

 

I am also wondering where to use/place  "%Random_Anchor_Text%"? With the options above we already have some variety. Where to put %Random_Anchor_Text%  and how to get used of it?

What will happens if I put %Random_Anchor_Text% under "Secondary anchor text"?
I am just trying to understand what is the main purpose of %Random_Anchor_Text% macros, and where it is supposed to be used (projects/options/fields)?

I am sorry if my question sounds odd or stupid, I am just trying to learn as much as possible.

yes the 10% remaining percentage is used for the main anchor text.

The %random_anchor_text% macro is taking a random anchor text from the main anchor text input field. You can e.g. use it in articles or anywhere you want. It is also possible to use it in e.g. "branding anchor text" like:

John Doe's %random_anchor_text%
