Can I use this VPS to run GSA ?

I am looking for a cost effective VPS plan & I found this Yearly plan,
Would anybody please tell me that whether GSA SER can be run smoothly on this VPS.
This VPS plan is Linux based & I am a newbie with GSA & Server, so should I go with this or discard this plan.
