Active Box Greyed Out....Why?

I get this a lot. I can't figure it out. I'm running 20/20 scheduler, 150 threads, 200 private proxies (across 3 servers), 120 timeout, 75 between searches. I've just shut SER down after running Active V for a few hours, started it back up and after about an hour I still see this being greyed out, which I think means it's not really working/searching/posting/doing anything. 

Would really like to know the reason as each of those projects are basically redundant when it's grey.

grey (UK spelling) = gray :P

if you use the scheduler then a grey project is not currently active.
