Problem with activation GSA Search Engine Ranker

Hello.

Please help me to activate full version of GSA Search Engine Ranker.
I've just received letter with name and serial and tried to registed this software, but nothing happens.
Program told me to restart it, but it shows demo message each time I trying to turn it on.
Maybe I have problem with my name as it is with cyrillic letters.

    You can try right clicking on the software and running it as admin, then enter the license. Try copying the email/serial exactly as seen in the email, then paste them in the software and make sure there are no spaces in front or behind the serial/name.

    Also, make sure nothing is blocking the software from communicating with the licensing server. Could be a firewall/antivirus, etc.

    If any of that doesn't work, send an email to support.
