When GSA work,on many sites -> submission failed (<error>-1</error>) ?

    It'S not ExpressEngine but XpressEngine. However that -1 is a reply you see on the html output which means something went wrong. What in detail is usually not known to me as this is all Korean language or something else I can not read. Else I would have added that as error message in the engine scripts.
