Buyting url lists

I found that GSA has two places that SER has links to to buy url lists.  Scrapebroker and GSA lists.  Which one it the preferred provider.  The forums said some pretty nasty things about one of them.   Which one should I buy from.

Read the feedback left from the community here and that should let you know who provides good list and who doesn't.
