Roy has the best lists here on the forum. I only tested the contextuals,as that is what I use, but I'm sure the mass list is just as good.

Well, the problem is that I don't use private proxies, I use public proxies as I can get thousands of proxies daily and use each one 1 time. THat gets me a lot more verifieds than just using the private ones.
I don't know your vps stats nor your campaigns but I cna say that I usually go with 1k threads and 1k+ proxies and get a high LPM (100-300) with the contextuals list.
Though I always help my buyers get the best of the lists by helping them on their set up

The Mass Spam list is horrible, I get over 100k+ Submitted URLs, but literally less than 1.5K Verified. I get a higher verified rate with my own 36K verified list, which gets me around 10K verified urls. I am not happy at all with this service and would not recommend anyone to buy. I also voiced my concern to royserpa via BHW PM, no reply as of yet.
