More control over the indexing -enable/disable indexing based on project

While it is great to have the capability to globally have enabled/disable indexing, each project we run might have different perspective. We might have a project where we want google to find the links naturally while another project where we might want an indexing service to take care of this job.

I would like to suggest a feature to disable/enable indexing based on project while keeping the global indexing feature checked/unchecked.
