Adding emails

I am trying to add email to my projects from file and I get errors on uploading. I tried text file format, csv, but I still get errors. For example whrn I do it, I get all the info in one line for email and login like this :EMAIL POP3 LOGIN PASSWORD ... and in password I have a blank space. Any idea how to format the file?
