what does a submission highlighted in blue means?

I have a submission which is highlighted in blue and it seems that that current submission is going on really slow.

Any idea why this might be happening?

Green = submitting
Blue= verification
Orange = searching for new targets
Red = something is wrong (not used for now)

Why is it always in the verification stage then?

can be your settings or just no targets to post to.
