Formatting "Add URL and Anchor Text"

In the URL field I noticed this when right clicked "Add URL and Anchor Text".  I'm trying to create links in the following format:

http://www.somesite.com/red-widget - with the anchor text of 'red widget'

http://www.somesite.com/blue-widget - with the anchor text of 'blue widget'

Basically I need to get different pages of the site to rank for different terms.

Is this the proper use for this field and how do you format the inputs correctly?

You can import URL's from a .txt file like this via the edit button: 

http://www.yourwebsiteurl.com#{anchor 1|anchor 2|anchor 3}

http://www.yourwebsiteurl1.com#{anchor 1|anchor 2|anchor 3}

http://www.yourwebsiteurl2.com#{anchor 1|anchor 2|anchor 3}

Or you can click the edit button next to URL field and choose "add url and anchor text". When the second window pops up asking for your anchors you can use spintax there to set your anchors for that URL. Then you can repeat the process with the other URLs.
