Can SER Be used to rank or build links to an Adult Site?

I was looking into buying an adult site but wasnt sure i was able to use SER to rank it or build links to it. Any sort of insight would be nice. I know its a different process from non adult websites. Thanks

    As far as adult site SEO goes, I'm not sure, but there are some "adult" video platforms that could be used for backlinking.
