How to set GSA to use nude link/just the link as anchor text for above tier

Hello, I want to build links by a way where tier 1 has some links pointing to my site and tier 2 will create links pointing to my tier 1 links. But in tier 2, GSA will use the tier 1 verified links as anchor text. how can i configure it?
