recent problems with SER

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
captcha breaker screen does not show anything. It does not show that captchas are being solved. I have tried quitting and restarting multiple times but the screen is blank. Before, it would show the captchas being solved.
in addition, captcahs are not being sent to the user. I have that option checked, but nothing is being sent to the user.
and today I tried to 8.82 but it won't update.
Something weird must be going on here.

    Did you check if the connection is good with Ser ? (SER > CB)

    CB did it work before or is this a recent error ?

    the connection is good. this is recent, like in the past 2 weeks it started happening.

    And support is the same ? (machine) because host config can change. 

    SER > CB

    SER > Death by Captcha > CB

    Sent you a download link for the latest CB version, some people are having trouble downloading/updating it. That link should allow you to download and update.
