Scheduled Posting - When does the Timer Start/Stop?

I was wondering with all the settings that you have in Scheduled Posting e.g. Time to wait on further registrations, Time to wait between two posts etc...

If I have project running and then i turn it off and on again, does it reset? Are all these times only applicable if you have the project always Active?

How does the master ON/OFF switch affect the reset of these timers. Can i leave the project active and turn off the master Stop button so it doesn't reset timer?

When does the timer start/stop in these cases?

    See the timers as minimum. If you stop the project, it will always check if the time is ok between two posts, first post or further registration and will do it or not. So nothing to worry at all here.

    what does "See the timers as miniumum" mean?

    Well that the timers are always waiting at least the set time, not below that number. But it can take longer till they actually post.
