What's wrong with my setting?

I have a 3 tiers project. I don't know what's wrong with my setting, the links verified in the lower tier seem to be less. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem? Pyramid structure should be more links in the lower tier, but my result just Just the opposite.

How are you acquiring your targets?  Are you using search in SER or loading in targets or?

I just import the lists from files. And some of them are using search engines.

All of my "How to submit/verify" settings are just like this.

If form field can't be filled > choose random
Try to always place a url.. > tick
Continuously try to post.. > tick

And personally I wouldn't be using GSA Indexer at the same time as it can slow things down for you.
