Article Posting Issue

I am running a contextual campaign with Article engine selected and i notice that for  Question2answers engine (under article), its posting link in this format...

<a href="domain.com/">anchor</a>

So the complete code is showing up on the page, this is happening on 80% of pages while on other 20% its posting fine.

How to solve this issue?
