Directory Submission and GSA Website Submitter

what's the difference between the two?
if lets say we have the directory list for website submitter,
can ser use that list to submit to them also?

    No, the list in GSA Website Submitter is not based on scripts but each site in it is configured on it's own. Sure some sites will get submitted by Search Engine Ranker but not that many.
