Activity N/A - Light Blue Colour

Hi,

Just wondering why this happens...

Now and then a projects activity colour will turn light blue and the activity will be N/A - a simple restart of the project starts submission again but was just wondering why it happens?

    I used to get this when having more than 20 projects running at any one time. Running 18 on scheduler and it's fine.
