Project Option - Reverify excisting backlinks - Bug

I seem to have a little problem with setting : Project Option \ Re-verify excisting backlinks  \

The default setting is 10,000 minutes -- i want to change it to 30 days but when i save the project it and open again it jumped back to 10 000 min.

Default setting is actually 1440 minutes (1 day). I'm thinking Sven might have set the limit to 10,000 minutes or max about 1 week.

No u r looking at the wrong setting, i am talking about the line below the one that says 1440 min. The reverify one

A week is 10080 minutes not 10,000

Maybe i will do a screencast for @Sven to look at

Yep, they're both 1440 by default on my machine.

That's why I said "about a week". I wasn't being exact lol.

Sorry you are right the default for both is 1440

I tried again, it accept any number i insert as long as it is below 10000 min. as soon as i add anything higher than 10 000 ( like 11 000  ) min it only saves 10 000

So 10 days or anything more than 6 days don't work -- not even 7 days will work.
If you add 6 days and save - it works ans save it, except when you go back, 6 days changed to 8640


Anyway -- It is not the end of the world, and using 10 000 as a max is fine. Just wanted to point it out

Hi @royalmice, I disabled my re-verification, coz when I check my reverify_failed files, most of my links are still alive. My lower tier projects still build links to them. I guess it's chioce you'll have to make. Lose them or keep them...

@olve1954   ---  I dont realy want to start a discussion on whether to use or not use this.

But will point out it is NOT for top tiers, it is for lower tiers on a multi tier project -- no need building backlinks to links that dont work.

So lets not start a discussion whether to use or not -- this thread is only to discuss the max setting option
