Best Settings for Captcha Breaker

I saw that in the settings you can run CB as a web server and when you click on that you have option to check to simulate all the captcha services.

What is advantage for checking to use it as a web server? And why wouldn't you not check all the boxes to simulate all the captchas?

If you don't use it as a web server does it not simulate all the captcha services?

I want to be able to optimize it to the best that I can.

    thats only required for programs who do not support our program directly but use captcha services. Once you simulate one, the program using that will actually use captcha breaker thinking it uses the captcha service.
