Using Gscraper - Does Anyone Have a Tutorial on How to Quickly Create a Verified List

I kind of understand how to do this, but any feedback is GREATLY appreciated!

Goal is to take the 2 million URL's that I scraped from Gscraper, and filter out the bad ones so that when I submit to my actual targets, I'm only using verified links, and to do all this in a somewhat timely manner. 

I read that you should never just start submitting an unfiltered list to real targets. Before exporting from Gscraper, I remove duplicate domains, and I keep PR1 and above, and trash the rest. 

I saw something about creating dummy campaigns, and feeding them to a new verified folder. Again, I "think" I got it, but any clarification would be huge help. Thanks community.
