I was just trying to check if some links were indexed by right clicking on a project and selecting "show urls > verified", but I don't seem to be getting any results. I clicked on "index check", "all urls", "google" and "url" for "where to perform index check". It always says, "indexed 0/X URLs (x untested)" (x=total number of links). 
Also, on the same screen where it lists the links there are 2 columns, "D" and "I". What do they refer to? "I" for indexed?

    i = indexable or not.

    well it works for me. Do you get same results when checking against domain?

    Yes, I'm getting the same results when checking against the domain and when checking against different search engines too.
