URL/#Anchor#Anchor#Anchor#Anchor - and tokens to use

I need a little help with the URL anchor option, and have some questions

1. What is the maximum number of #Anchor I can add behind the URL?
2. If i build my own content what tokens should i use to pull the above specified urls#anchors#anchors.  On the moment i just use the tokens like so <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a>    or    <a href="%url%" {|||||||||rel="nofollow"}>%anchor_text%</a>

url#main-anchor#secondary-anchor. You can use spin syntax for each anchor type. You can of course also use that spin syntax with your nofollow variation.

So if i understand correct i can use unlimited anchors as long as it is in syntax like so : url#{anchor|anchor|anchor|anchor|anchor|anchor|anchor}

and

using the token : <a href="%url%">%anchor_text%</a> will automatically fill the url with associated anchor
