Question about a new project

I am new to SEO but have watch hours of tutorials on the software so I think I have an good handle on how to set things up, but have a question on what is the best approach for my T1 links. It will be a drip campaign for a niche market about 10 verified per day  to only target 3 pages on 1 domain at this time. as follows
http://domain.com (with 5 key words)
http://domain.com/page2 (with 4 different key words)
http://domain.com/page3 (with 5 different key words)

Should I setup 1 project with all the pages with their different anchor text or is it better to do 3 different projects so I can spin the articles and blogs to be more specific for each link ?
Is it better to do the 3 separate projects? and is it OK if they post to the same sites
Any help would be appreciated

I would do them as seperate projects, it will be easier to manage in the long run. And what you said is correct, it would be better to have more relevant content.
