Only use email if same as domain

Is there anyway to filter an email if it is not the same as the domain it was found on? I.e: if the email address is something@gmail.com and was found on yahoo.com, do not use it.

    options->filter->email must have->checkbox below that box.

    Ohhh.. Ok, thanks - I saw that but wasn't sure if it was directly related to the E-Mail must have: box. Thanks @sven!
