If i am not using global list and i import a url list, they get parsed anyways?

When i am using global list and i import some urls, i got the msg, importing url or something like that if i import 1k gsa start parsing url 1/1000 alrdy parsed... 3/1000 blah etc...

but when i am not using global list those msg doesnt appear so i dont know if the list i am importing are getting parsed.

i hope you can understand me my english is not that good.

    for global site list you would see a message like "[ ] Loaded XX/YY URLs from site lists" followed by processing them.

    yeah i tried to delete this thread  after i find the answer myself but i couldnt... anyways thanks.
