Spamvilla Support Question

Can anyone tell me how the hell to get support from Kelvin at Spamvilla? I made a purchase from him 5 days ago and have been unable to get anywhere using his site contact/ticketing system or his Skype ID. He did accept my contact request, but that's as far as it has gone. His email is continually deleted by my host even after whitelisting it. All I can say is the guy's service sucks! So ending the first week of my monthly purchase and still no API or any help.

Any ideas?

    His service is PIA, I fortunetely received refund from him for not working weeks (yes, weeks). Don't buy anything from spamvilla, his service sucks, also support don't exist.
    Ask him for refund, or make refund from paypal. He have so many refunds, that I think paypal will give you refund automatically after 2 weeks.
