Little help on tiered link building

I figure out how to set up the tier links and everything, I'm just with this dumb question:

What are the settings for the Money Site. 

For example here: http://s14.directupload.net/images/121101/ufvtdowd.png we have the #Sample Setup, which are the first project we created, then we will add a tier 1 and everything, but about the Money Site, I'm not fugiring out what do I have to set up for him. Is the same thing of Tier1?
