moving projects to new server

On a fresh install of ser on a new server i right click > modify project > restore > click on .ser file.

I then get the message "unhandled archive type"

How can i fix this please guys?

    that file might be damaged. you can try renaming it to *.zip and repair it with your favourite packer program.

    the .ser lists i extract are 0 bytes in size.  Something is terribly wrong by the sounds of it?

    I have renamed it a .zip file but how do i try and repair from there?

    well a 0 byte file is indeed worthless to repair

    The problem was the files ended up being 3gb in size.  It was just taking its time to export.  I didnt think it would be anything even near close to that size :)
