Checking for valid Ping Servers
I saw in a post somewhere where someone posted a list of ping servers and then Sven went through them and reposted all the valid ones.
I'd like to do the same thing, but not really sure how to test if a ping server is valid and works properly.
Obviously, I'd like a clean list then I get load into GSA so I don't get in failed errors, for a faster, cleaner run.
Any ideas?

1. import/add all your ping services and enable it
2. go to show urls->verified urls->send at least 5 urls to ping services
3. wait till all have been snet
4. go back to the ping URL list and choose Delete->Previously failed (at least 3 times in a row)
Also before I sent in list I used scrapebox with the following method:
http://www.scrapebox.com/rss-ping-list-for-2012
Hope this helps someone else!
