URL selection under 'Data' in project settings queries

If under 'Data' in the project settings, I tick both these:
- use a random url from above on every submissions, and
- use verified urls from tiers

will SER do links building from both the inserted urls and also the verified urls from the selected tiers? The thing is that when I select to use verified urls, the box for the url entry is blurred, so does that mean that even if I tick both, SER will only use verified urls from tiers?

    That option is only used for none tier projects. If you need other URLs as well, then import them as verified to the main project.
