How do I limit the LPM per project?

I am running 3 projects right now but on one of them I only want 20 links per day.

Is there a LPM setting in each project option?

    You mean limit daily submissions/verifications?

    If you confident in your target URLs (i.e. you will be able to successfully post to them), then you may set like that (in your desired project's options):
